Ingredients
Sugar
Corn syrup
Butter
Water
Salt
Gluten-free flavoring
Instructions
1. Heat all ingredients except flavoring in a saucepan.
2. Boil to 250°F (hard ball stage).
3. Remove from heat and stir in gluten-free flavoring.
4. Let cool slightly, then pull until light in color and firm.
5. Shape into small pieces and wrap individually.
Notes
Use only gluten-free certified extracts and cornstarch.
Avoid aluminum pans to prevent metallic taste.
