A calming and slimming tea made with lemon balm, ginger, and lemon juice—ideal for weight loss, digestion, and stress relief.
Ingredients
1 tbsp dried lemon balm or 2 tbsp fresh
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1.5 cups hot water
Instructions
1. Add lemon balm and ginger to cup or infuser.
2. Pour in hot (not boiling) water.
3. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.
4. Add lemon juice and honey.
5. Sip warm, once or twice daily.
Notes
